Postage and Packaging Policy

I currently post to UK addresses only.

Processing time: I aim to process orders within 5 business days, but your orders will typically be sent out within 1-2 days. 

Orders are usually taken to the post office Monday to Thursday. Orders are not usually posted on Fridays, weekends or holidays.

Orders are usually sent Royal Mail Second Class Signed For (Royal Mail’s aim is to deliver within 2-3 working days) or Royal Mail First Class Signed For (Royal Mail’s aim is to deliver next working day) and will require a signature. Select your preferred option at checkout. I reserve the right to send some orders by courier, depending on products ordered.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.
