Returns

I hope your order arrives in good condition and that you are happy with it. If that is not the case, please do let me know straight away.

You may cancel your order and return items for a refund. You have 14 days from receipt of goods to let me know you wish to do this. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. I can only accept returns for items purchased on this website.

Please email [email protected] if you wish to cancel your order and return your items.

To be eligible for a return and a refund, your items must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

When these requirements are met, I will refund all payments made by you, including delivery. Delivery costs will typically be refunded at the lowest applicable delivery price, even if you selected the higher cost delivery option.

I may make a deduction from the refund for loss of value for any items returned, if the loss is the result of excessive handling by you, resulting in the goods now being unsuitable for resale by me.

If you have received damaged items, please photograph the damage and email me at [email protected] including the photographs of the damaged parcel or items in your email. I will then inform you of the next steps to process your return and refund and give the return address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items, except where damaged items have been received, or you have received an incorrect order.

Please ensure all addresses for order deliveries are correct as I cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of items where the address information supplied by you is not accurate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned items. The relevant refund will be provided without undue delay and within 14 days after the day I receive the items back from you, or (if earlier) 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the items.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

Refunds will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

I will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
